As part of the “Grazer Kulturjahr 2020”, the cabins of the Schlossbergbahn Graz have been artistically transformed.The artist-duo studio Asynchrome prepared the concept as well as the drawings which have then been transferred onto a total of 48 m2 of special film.
Due to special technology, the film has been programmed to change its opacity throughout the visitor’s experience. While the cable car makes its way up and down the hill, the covered windowpanes change from a transparent into an opaque state.
