SMOTIES – Creative works with small and remote places is a project that aims at developing spatial and service solutions by designing cultural and creative innovations in 10 European small and remote places. It is conducted by leading universities and experts in Europe, and builds on the Human Cities Network, which promotes the livability of public spaces by using participatory design.

In order to explain the aim and work of SMOTIES, we decided on a playful approach including amorphic characters representing the diversity of the project.
